"I've been with this office for around 18 years. I have both my home and vehicle insured here. They were very helpful depending on your needs, but I’ve had several problems in the last few years. The person who I’ve been working with is disrespectful and I get nasty answers when I contact her regarding rates. I understand Insurance rates have gone up, but the cost of living has also increased and I am a single person on SSI with no claims. I’ve had to use the roadside service that I pay for mainly to tow my vehicle to my mechanic and this year I received a letter showing the dates I had to utilize this service. It read as if they were letting me know they’re keeping track of my towing. I assumed that is why I pay for the service? I let this agent know I was going to look into purchasing insurance from another company and she really doesn’t care. I was quoted one price recently and my payment was more than the price I was given. In the last four or five months my premium is different each month. I need to know what my bills are so I can budget and this office debits my bank account a different amount each month. I’m definitely looking forward to finding another insurance company. I am not sure what is happening, but I don’t like it."
